NNavi

Customer rights (GDPR)

Updated June 25, 2026

Navi is built to respect the GDPR, on the store side as on the visitor side. Here are the rights at play and the steps to follow. The authoritative detail is on the GDPR page and in the Privacy policy.

Identity verification

Before opening any order data, Navi asks the visitor to confirm their identity with a code received by email. No one sees anyone else's data: each person only accesses their own.

The rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, your customers have the following rights over their data:

  • access and copy;
  • rectification;
  • erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • restriction of processing;
  • objection;
  • portability;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time.

How to exercise them

A request is made by email to alexis.raitano@myffu.fr. A response is provided within one month. In case of disagreement, a customer can refer the matter to the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

As the merchant, you remain your customers' point of contact. Navi helps you answer quickly, but the GDPR request goes through you, then through us if needed.
