Connect your Shopify store

Navi plugs on top of your existing Shopify. Nothing to migrate, nothing to reinstall: you approve access once, and Navi sees your orders and catalog the way you see them in your back office.

What you need

• An active Shopify store.
• Admin access to that store, to approve the install.

Link your store

1. Open the install link you received by email when your trial started.
2. Shopify shows the permissions Navi requests. Review them, then click Install.
3. You're linked. You land on your Navi dashboard.

Navi gets read access to your orders and catalog, so it can answer on your customers' real data. Sensitive actions (looking up an order, starting a return) always go through identity verification: the customer receives a code by email before any access.
